CHECK-IN PROCESS

Check-in is between 11am and 4pm on Thursday at Stopher Gymnasium located on the campus of Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, La. There is no need to arrive any earlier than 1pm as three hours will be plenty of time to process all of our campers (see Daily Schedule). If you arrive late you should report directly to the Camp Office at Ellender Hall.

CHECK-OUT PROCESS

Checkout will commence immediately after the morning practice on Sunday between 11am – Noon. Overnight Campers must turn their keys in at their respective dorms. Lost keys have a replacement cost of $50 each. Day Campers checkout at Guidry Stadium.
